VIFFOS is a national center of excellence for food and health. They help to solve problems and challenges involved in food,nutrition and health to do. They aim to contribute to health promotion and disease prevention through development efforts aimed at improving the availability of healthy, safe and culinary food and meals in both publicly and privately.
The teacher introduced to us about the e-food and the viffos are planning a project, E-Food, which aims at supporting good workflows in industrial kitchens (hospitals, restaurants, canteens). Good Workflows represents a series of good way of working.
One of the elements in Good Workflows is hand washing. And our job is to find out how to get the employees to wash their hands
