What is Kitchen Hygiene about?
In order to get the answer to this I have found a restaurant with a small kitchen where i will carry my research about the hygiene in the kitchen.
I have prepared some question which will ask the employees during my research and hopefully to get answers.
Question for field research
1. When is one required to wash their hands before they get to the kitchen?
2. Why is washing hands for food handlers so important?
3. What kind of food are considered ready-to-eat and may not be touched with bare hands?
4. How can you prepare the serve ready-to-eat food while avoiding contact with bare hands?
5. Why is personal hygiene essential in the kitchen?
